Deep Tissue massage physically breaks down adhestions to relieve pain and restore movement. There may be some discomfort or pain after a deep tissue massage that should subside within 24-48 hours. Hot Stone Massage - This is a comforting and relaxing massage. Hot Stones of various sizes are placed on parts of your body to help release tense areas, while oiled, smooth stones are used in flowing strokes over your body.
